Shipping:
Orders will be processed within 3-4 business days.
Please allow 3-10 business days for items to arrive.
Shipping rates depends on the weight of items purchased.
Refund Policy
You have 24 hours to contact us in regards to the product that you received.
You’ll also need proof of purchase which can be your order confirmation. All information has to be verified.
When contacting us please include your order number in the subject field and your name.
You can contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 24-48 hours and will do our best to assist you in any way possible. Please do not send inbox messages on social media about your orders as a response might be delayed, communicate any issues ALWAYS through email.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the seal is broken or tampered with we can not accept it back. We also do not exchange any items based upon the dislike of a scent.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or any items in our shop.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products we offer we do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
We do NOT offer refunds. All sales are final. If you put in TWO or more LOST claims we will not accept any future orders unless you ship to an alternate address . This protects our brand and you as the customer to make sure you receive your items. All refunds issued by USPS or UPS will be issued as store credit ONLY in the form of a gift card minus shipping previously paid.
Claims
If you happen to put to in a claim to USPS or UPS we do not refund shipping only the cost of the items . Why? Shipping was already paid for and we did indeed ship the item . This is non-negotiable. All claims are processed through USPS or UPS, however our rules for shipping will not alter. The refund will be issued as store credit ONLY .
